I'm So Glad I Asked!

Half the mobile phones in the building which are on the O2 network lost their signal today, but the other half were fine. I went onto the O2 website looking for help, couldn't find anything about service issues.

I asked @O2 on Twitter where I can get information about loss of service about half an hour ago and got no reply, so I tried to 'Ask Lucy', the virtual assistant on the web site for help. I should point out that my 'rubbish' comment is in reply to the question "How did I do?"
